Lene has been part of Artisti for eight years as a Project Manager, and with more than 20 years of industry experience, she brings valuable expertise, confidence, and a strong passion to her role as Sales Manager.
She is creative, caring, and someone who always finds solutions where others see challenges. Perhaps most importantly, Lene truly sees people. She listens, builds strong relationships, and makes the workplace a little brighter every single day.
We are delighted to have Lene continue her journey with us in her new role as Sales Manager.

We are also pleased to welcome Sigurd and Isabelle to Artisti, further strengthening our team as we continue to grow.
Sigurd, 25, joins us as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. With a bachelor’s degree in PR, Communication and Media, his role will span sales, marketing, and communications—a combination he has been looking forward to.
Creative and visually minded, Sigurd thrives when working closely with people. During the winter months, he spends much of his time skiing in the mountains, and he has recently purchased a sailboat that now takes up most of his spare time.
Isabelle joins the team as a Project Manager, bringing extensive experience from the recruitment and staffing industry, where she has spent the past few years working as a Customer Success Manager.
She thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and is known for being engaged, solution-oriented, and proactive. Outside of work, Isabelle is highly competitive and has a strong passion for sports, particularly football and padel. At home, life is full speed ahead with her partner and their two young sons.
