Artisti has to be an operator that our clients and partners can rely on. We have to be at the cutting edge of our industry on ethical trade and environment at home in Norway. We also have to be a driving force for our supply chain to ensure that our subcontractors are aware of and work actively to achieve more sustainable and responsible practices.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t

GOLD status from EcoVadis – with an even stricter benchmark<\/h2>

EcoVadis is the world’s largest and most recognized provider of sustainability assessments, and since 2007 has built a global network of more than 150,000 rated companies in over 185 countries.
\r\n
\r\nTheir assessment methodology is based on international standards such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the UN Global Compact and ISO 26000, and covers more than 250 industry categories.
\r\n
\r\nThe scorecard assesses performance across 21 indicators within four main categories:
\r\n\u25b6 Environment
\r\n\u25b6 Labour and human rights
\r\n\u25b6 Ethics
\r\n\u25b6 Sustainable procurement
\r\n
\r\nIn this year\u2019s assessment, Artisti has received Gold status. We are very proud of this recognition. Although we achieved Platinum last year, it is important to understand that EcoVadis has changed both its assessment and scoring methodology. More businesses are now assessed, the competition is tougher than ever, and the threshold to reach the top 1% \u2013 Platinum level \u2013 is significantly tighter.
\r\n
\r\nArtisti has only had a marginal score change since the previous assessment, and the Gold status reflects that we continue to deliver strong and solid sustainability work, well above industry standards.

Re-certified in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 \u2013 quality and environment at the center<\/h2>

Artisti was first ISO-certified in 9001 (quality management) and 14001 (environmental management) in 2016, and has since conducted regular re-certifications. Now we are re-certified again \u2013 a confirmation that our management systems maintain a high standard and are developed in line with the times.

\r\nISO 9001 and ISO 14001 are internationally recognized standards that set clear requirements for quality, risk management, continuous improvement and environmental impact. The fact that we meet these requirements year after year shows that we have:

The Norwegian Transparency Act<\/h2>

Artisti is subject to the Norwegian Transparency Act.

\r\nThe Norwegian Transparency Act is human rights legislation for the business community. It sets out stricter requirements for transparency and accountability. This is designed to help prevent human rights violations and poor working conditions in the businesses themselves and among their business associates as well as further down the supply chain.

Artisti offers a wide spectrum of environmentally certified products from our manufacturers and wholesalers. Environmentally friendly packaging<\/h2>

Packaging is not just important in order to protect a product or underpin a message. Packaging is an important part of a holistic approach to sustainability and environmental impact.
\r\n
\r\nWe reduce the use of plastic in product packaging as far as possible. Excellent alternative packaging solutions are available today which make it possible to replace plastic. FSC-certified cardboard and paper are very popular, for example. All packaging is labelled according to the standard it meets.
\r\n
\r\nWe are continuing this trends towards excellent alternatives to plastic packaging. We also encourage our suppliers to reduce their use of the plastic materials used during transport.<\/p>\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n
